Honduras Workshop on Global Impact Indicators:

Tegucigalpa, Honduras September 12th – 14th, 2017

Objectives: at the end of this workshop participants will

Understand how to use the data to advance their own program and advocacy goals, at the country and regional level
Be able to collect, record and analyze high-quality data for and other M&E systems
Use and understand the key indicators for FNS and projects, as well as see appropriate methodologies
Know how to access support from CI around MEL
How to present data effectively

Materials


Day 1 - September 12, 2017
Review global FNS strategy, and proposed FNS supplemental indicators and existing guidance
What the region and COs have been doing so far
Review current project documents to identify project-appropriate supplementary indicators, and brainstorm ways to gather or translate them based on existing data systems
Day 2 - September 13, 2017
Review PIIRS FY 16 for Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, and Peru and reflection questions
Examples of impact measurement systems across CARE
5 minutes of inspiration—how to and practice
Day 3 - September 14, 2017
Discuss ways to use data collected
