The CARE International Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning group
The CI MEAL group acts as a reference team to further advance improve and expand an interdependent MEAL agenda for all of CARE, and to facilitate learning and capacity building for a broader MEL network, including MEAL and programs staff around the world.
The group is composed of CARE staff who lead or are highly involved in the development and management of sector or outcome specific MEL systems and can dedicate effort/time to consolidate a global MEL capacity for monitoring, reporting and leaning around the outcomes and approach of the CARE2020 Program Strategy.

CI MEL group - 2017 Face to Face meeting
In April 2017, the CI MEL group got together for the first time in Madrid and collectively defined key areas of collaboration that would be part of CARE's global agenda on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning for FY18 and beyond.
